Derived from wood pulp, rayon is a smooth fabric, sometimes even silky, with a soft texture similar to cotton or linen. The soft fabric also has a fluid drape, which flows rather than staying rigid

/ Wash in cold water by hand or on the delicate cycle with a low spin cycle
/ Rayon can shrink and misshapen if you use hot water
/ Air-dry only by hanging garment on a non-metal hanger
/ Does not do well with bleach, dryers or getting wringed
