EXCHANGE POLICY

For apparel, we accept exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from shipping date, provided that all original tags are attached. Accessories and 'SALE' items do not qualify for exchange.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for exchanges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable postal option to send it to us. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the customer. We will charge SGD 3 as the re-delivery fee of your item.

Once we have received and verified your item, we will then proceed to send you the item.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.

RETURN POLICY

For apparel, we accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from shipping date, provided that all original tags are attached. Accessories and 'SALE' items do not qualify for return.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable postal option. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are processed in Shop Credits. Once we have received and verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to you in the form of a gift voucher. This credit will be valid for 90 days from date of issue and can be utilised partially or in full. We do not offer cash refunds for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our standards.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Login to your account here, with your account's email and click Continue
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click Request return.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions. Please follow the instructions to send us the item.

After we receive and check the returned product, we will process the credit to you.
