This time, we speak with Seoul-based Doz who is the latest face for Saero's Anniversary collection. We explore her journey in the modelling industry, preferred fashion styles, and her experience working with the brand.

Tell us about you, Doz! How long have you been modelling, and what is your personal fashion style?
I've been in the industry for about four years now, but due to COVID-19, I started becoming more active in the latter half of last year. That's when I also got to meet Saero Collective! While I love pursuing comfort with a hip vibe, lately, I've been experimenting with a more ballet core look!
*ballet core is an aesthetic and fashion trend that has gained popularity in 2024, usually associated with soft and airy materials, tulle skirts, ballet flats, ribbons and simple, feminine silhouettes.
What do you do on your days off?
I either relax at home or meet up with friends. Nowadays, I'm putting a lot of effort into creating YouTube content, so I'm often filming or editing!

How was the experience of shooting with Saero Collective for the 1st anniversary collection?
Firstly, it was so enjoyable to work with the founder, the photography director, and the photography assistant. They were all so friendly, and I had a blast throughout both the indoor and outdoor shoot. The outfits from Saero Collective matched my preferred style, so expressing myself felt comfortable.
Shooting outdoors in a hanok village added a Korean touch to the collection, and the natural setting enhanced the outfits even more. It was also wonderful to shoot in a new location together.
Above all, I really like the team members, and if given the chance, I would love to work together with them again.
Please recommend one thing that people must definitely do when they visit South Korea!
Experiencing the traditional vibes of Korea is great, but I also recommend exploring streets like Hannam, Seongsu, and Apgujeong Rodeo, where you can enjoy various items and shopping cafes. But my top recommendation is the Han River! Watching the river flow amidst the city while indulging in delivery food, ramen, or chicken gives a unique experience compared to other countries!

Tell us about Doz 도즈! 모델 활동한지 얼마나 되었고 개인적인 패션 스타일은 무엇입니까?
4년 차가 되어가지만 코로나로 인해 작년 하반기부터 활동을 많이 하기 시작하였습니다 그러면서 새로 콜렉티브도 만나게 되었습니다! 편안함을 추구하면서 힙한 느낌을 좋아하지만 요즘은 발레코어룩에도 도전해보고있습니다!
쉬는 날에 무엇을 합니까?
집에서 쉬거나 친구들을 만납니다! 요즘에는 유튜브 컨텐츠를 만드는것에 힘쓰고 있어서 촬영을 하거나 편집을 하고 있습니다!
여행으로 한국에 가면 꼭 한 번 해야하는 것을 추천해주세요!
한국의 전통적인 느낌을 체험해보는 것도 좋지만 다양한 아이템과 쇼핑 카페를 즐길수 있는 한남 성수 압구정 로데오 같은 거리들도 추천드리고 꼭 추천드리는건 한강입니다! 도심속에 강을 바라보면서 배달음식이나 라면 치킨과 함께 즐긴다면 다른 외국과는 다른 새로운 느낌을 받으실꺼에요!
1주년 컬렉션에서 새로 콜렉브와 함께한 실내와 야외 촬영은 어떠셨나요?
일단 대표님과 포토실장님 어시실장님과 조합이 너무 즐거웠고 친절하시고 촬영하는내내 힘든 것보다 너무 즐거웠습니다 새로 콜렉티브의 의상도 제가 좋아하는 스타일이여서 표현함에 있어서 편안했습니다 야외도 한옥 마을의 장소가 새로 콜렉티브의 의상과 매치했을때 한국적인분위기에 자연의 조합이 의상을 더 돋보이게 해주고 처음가는 장소에 촬영을 함께해서 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 팀원들이 너무 좋고 또 기회가 된다면 함께하고 싶어요. 모두 감사합니다!
